Praise be to God and His grace, the Ordinary General Assembly was held
On Saturday, 2024/8/17, the Ordinary General Assembly was held to discuss the planning budget for the fiscal year 2024/2025, headed by Mr. Accountant / Abu Bakr Abdel Hamid and the membership of the honorable members of the General Assembly and the representatives of the Central Auditing Organization and the representative of the Ministry of the Public Business Sector. On this occasion, Major General Dr. M / Ahmed Abdullah Abdel Rabbah - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company and Mr. Engineer / Ahmed Abdullah Edris - Executive Managing Director extend their sincere thanks to the Chairman and members of the General Assembly under the leadership of His Excellency / Minister of Agriculture for their appreciation of the efforts made by the Board of Directors of the company and its leadership for using technologies and programs that add a shift to development and creativity to the work.
Final status of the most important projects being implemented
Slope networks project for sewage networks, lifting stations and expulsion lines for 7 villages in Balina Center, Sohag Governorate (within the Decent Life Project).
For the benefit of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority in the Southern Region, total work volume is 604,438,000 L.E, starting from 6/2021, 77% of the work has been completed.
Nubaria Canal Side Protection Project and Dredging Works from the End of Km 14 to Km 28,500
For the benefit of the General Authority for River Transport, with a contract value of 201,239,000 L.E, starting from 2023/4, 72% of which has been implemented.
Nile River navigation bottlenecks removal project from km 750 to km 885 in Beni Suef.
For the benefit of the General Authority for River Transport, with a contract value of 58,500,000 L.E, starting from 11/2023. 79% of the project has been implemented.
Cleaning and dredging works at the Sidi Kerir launch port.
For the benefit of the Petroleum Pipelines Company (SUMED) with a contract value of 27,168,000 L.E starting from 2024/8, 84% of the work has been completed.
Establishing a cow drainage in the villages of Al-Samah and Al-Ashraf (first phase) in the Wadi Al-Sa’aida area in Edfu - Aswan, funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
For the benefit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation / Sustainable Agricultural Investment and Livelihoods Project Total value of the project 47,699,000 L.E Implementation begins in 2024/4 12% has been implemented.
Castle Canal Rehabilitation Project from Km 24 to Km 30 in Kom Ombo - Aswan - Aswan Irrigation General Administration.
For the benefit of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation The total value of the project is 26,993,000 L.E. Implementation will begin in 2022/7. Implementation has been completed at a rate of 30%.

Al-Behera Company announces its need for work to fill the following leadership positions.
Projects Delivered
Toshka projects
• The Sheikh Zayed Canal was established in the distance from km 31 to km 41 (the second stage), the implementation rate of 100%, and the observations and final work are underway.
• The Sheikh Zayed Canal was established in the distance from km 41 to km 51 (the third phase) with a 100% implementation rate. Observations and final work are underway.
Wadi Al-Sa'ida Reclamation Project
• Implementation was 100% for the rehabilitation and lining of canals (Railway Watering - New Reservation - Branch 2 Adandan Upper) under the control of the General Administration of Irrigation Aswan. The project was initially handed over and the final work was done on 7/15/2021.
Beni Suef and Fayoum sector
Study, design and implementation of the necessary works to plant 900 acres of tree forest, including maintenance works.
• The planting work was carried out at a rate of 100%. The initial delivery of the project took place on 3/21/2021, and the final work is underway, and maintenance work is underway.
dredger sector
Completion of dredging the area southeast of the Bogaz Triangle of Diba within the second phase of the urgent solution for the development of Lake Manzala, the southern part, from 3.5 km to 7,300 km.
• The dredging works have been completed with a 100% implementation rate.
Execution of 100% of the dredging and purification of the accumulated sediments in the port of Linshat in Sidi Kerir for the Sumed Company, Contract No. 24/2017.
Ongoing projects
Reclamation projects in Abu Simbel
Construction and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment for Qustal Wadandan station.
• Execution of 78% for mechanical and electrical works. Coordination is underway between the Department of Mechanics and Electricity and the Armed Forces to receive the station's missions and the final work.
• Execution of 47% for civil works. Coordination is underway between the Department of Mechanics and Electricity and the Armed Forces to receive the station's tasks and final work.
Wadi Al-Sa'ida Reclamation Project
• Execution of 97% of the work of reclamation of an area of 15,232 acres in Wadi Al-Sa'ida.
• Execution of 60% of the reclamation works of an area of 866 acres & 250 acres of the protection strip in Wadi Al-Sa'ida.
• Execution of 74% for the supply and installation of 408 independent irrigation units in Wadi Al-Sa'ida.
Beni Suef and Fayoum sector
• Execution of 98% for the works of drinking water supply networks, sewage networks, lifting stations, sewage treatment plant, irrigation pumps, road works and the administrative building in the industrial zone of Bayad Al Arab in Beni Suef. The remaining asphalt works are being implemented and the water network notes are made in preparation for delivery.
Projects in different regions
Purification and lining of the Al-Razzafa Canal, under the control of the General Administration of Irrigation West of the Lake, with an implementation rate of 99.7%, and the final work is underway.
The work of the presidential initiative for 7 villages in the Balina center, Sohag governorate, for a decent life project
The implementation of 5091 MT of regression networks has been completed.
